4. Modifications to the Services

5. Joining WFN via a Network Partner Service

If you register to use the Services through a Network Partner Service, and WFN’s relationship with the Partner associated with that given Network Partner Service is severed for any reason, in most instances you will not forfeit your membership rights to use the Services, nor lose the any personal profiles you created or any paid status (i.e. VIP and Open Club status) you might have maintained that were associated with your account. Instead, WFN will, in most instances, automatically convert your then-current membership into a English-Test.net Friends.tv membership, which will enable you to access your account information and utilize any existing paid status you might maintain through WFN. Note that in some instances, WFN’s agreement with certain Partners provides that your membership information (including your registration information) will be shared with that particular Partner upon termination of the relationship between WFN and that particular Partner. In those instances, WFN and /or such Partner may provide you with information advising you on the status of your Personals account, the process they will undertake to convert your membership, and the various options available to you at that time.

If a Partner’s relationship with WFN is terminated for any reason, WFN will endeavor to ensure that your account, personals profiles and any paid status will continue to be available to you through an alternate interface.

6. Use of the Forum and Your Account

With respect to any WFN forum (“forum” means any message board, chat room, email message, instant messenger or similar interactive service appearing on WFN), you agree not to post, transmit, distribute or link to content that is unlawful, harassing, abusive, threatening, harmful, indecent, obscene, tortuous, libelous, defamatory, invasive of another's privacy or otherwise liable to be viewed as objectionable or threatening physical harm to any person or group. WFN is not responsible for the content of any email or forum messages posted on the site and is not responsible for any information, goods or services offered or placed by third parties or users on the site. You agree to pay all charges that accrue to your account through your use or the use of those authorized by you. You may suspend your account by logging in to the Service. Once your account has been cancelled your paid status will terminate on the last date covered by your last payment. Paid status is non-transferable.
